Well I haven't really been up to a whole lot. I am married to a wonderful man (second marriage) and things are wonderful. I am not as quiet and shy like I was in school I blossomed into an outgoing, awesome person. I still pick my friends very carefully and still have few. It's a special title in my life so I pick the ones who are real friends quality always wins over quantity. I would rather have a few real friends then a lot of backstabbers. I am in school now for my Associates degree and don't think I would change anything in my life. ** UPDATE: I found out on March 25, 2009 that I am PREGNANT!!!!! I'm due either late Oct or early Nov. I will keep up updated**

School Story:

I didn't really like school much. I didn't have very many friends and try to block out those years of my life. School was hard especially when there were so many people who didn't like you for reasons unknown. I was a very quite person didn't socialize much had a handful of friends but so many enemies. Why? Don't know my only question back then was: What did I do to them? didn't have an answer then and the only one I have now is I was only me and when people are young they don't care about how they act or what they say doesn't make them much of a person. I wonder how those people turned out? Or should I care? Bullies will be who they are.

What song reminds you most of your high school years at Sam Houston?

OMGosh there are so many.

Did you have any favorite SHHS teachers?

Meh I don't really remember to much of school besides the fact that I didn't like it much.

What were your favorite hangouts in high school?

I didn't really HANG out in high school. I had a few friends I would go out with but I never was nor am I am the type of person that needs to go out to have fun.

What would have been a typical weekend for you in high school?

My typical weekend would consist of anything that required me to NOT be at home.

Who do you think has changed the most since high school?

My outlook on life. When I was in school I didn't care much about anything. We only have one life and I try my best to live it to the fullest.

What has been your biggest lesson you've learned in life since high school?

To always be myself. If someone doesn't like me because I am different and I am who I am then it will not hurt me. I give everyone a chance and have an open mind.

What, if anything, would you pass on to the future Tigers, and those getting ready to begin their lives after SHHS?

Give everyone a chance. It doesn't matter if your the "IN" crowd or not. I know a lot of people who were in the "IN" crowd and have been dealt a hard hand in life. I may not have a high paying job or live in a fancy house, or drive expensive cars BUT I do have a wonderful family, a loving husband and that is more than all the money in the world.
